It is well understood that God-called men need the proper training and experience to become shepherds who can feed the flock of God. Beyond that, pastors need help to grow in their leadership so that the progress of churches is not stifled or stagnated.
Since 2002, the Good Shepherd Baptist Mission has been addressing this need in North America through the GSBM Pastors Training School. This intensive one week course is now being prepared for use in the French language and a team is being assembled to offer the training.
